For the last 3 years I have been paying Aramark (under contract)every week for uniform services. I had turned in uniforms for repair which very seldom returned fixed. Until the first of this year when they raised their weekly rates from around $13.00 a week to $65.00 a week. They claimed it was for replacement of my uniforms that I never received. So I canceled services because I never received any replacements and I never was informed of the rate increase. After canceling my service the company continued to charge me for uniforms that I returned to them. This company has taken advantage of the blue collar work force and I for one would never use this company again.
